Loyalty Windows fitted my front door 8 years ago & on Tuesday the lock would not work. I called Grant & Tuesday afternoon Grant & Josh were at my home. They sorted out the lock. How many company's out there come back to help you when you have a problem. Grant Josh & Jen are the best window company they go above & beyond. Thank you so much.

A large advertising campaign does not always supply the quality & workmanship of a product. The knowledge and advice from Grant has provided a "Rolls Royce" finish for our front and patio doors. No hard sell just product knowledge and a very personable family to deal with. If you're looking for a supplier and quotation please give them a chance - you won't be disappointed.

Evening all. If you are looking to replace your windows, doors or add a porch or conservatory, I highly recommend Loyalty Windows Ltd. Grant and Josh arrived when they said they would, they worked non stop until they had completed everything. They tidied up after themselves - in fact our place was cleaner than before they arrived. We wouldn't go anywhere else our windows and doors. Give them a call, their prices are very good too.
Leaking Balcony doors replaced today by Grant and Josh. Really pleased that they managed to get them fitted before Christmas. Job completed and left nice and tidy. Will be having Josh back after Christmas to service our sashes.

I have just had 13 aluminium windows and a door replaced with Rehau Upvc units by Loyalty Windows Ltd. The standard of work has been superb and Grant and his son Josh protected our floors and furniture with sheets and cleaned up fully at the end of each day. They were extremely courteous, explained each step as the work progressed and demonstrated all the locks and window vents etc. At each stage. I have no hesitation in recommending Loyalty Windows for anybody in the are requiring such work. I am extremely pleased with their work and that I chose such an excellent company. It was great to be able to support a family business. Grant visited to take measurements and gave great advice. Grant visited to carry out the work whilst I was at work ( by arrangement ) but I would never know he had been - apart from seeing my lovely new windows; not a speck of dust in sight. In fact, we left him with the keys to our house so that he could carry out the work whilst we were away, such is our trust in his integrity. Compared to quotes from national companies and the way we were treated by them, Grant was a refreshing change. Completely honest and did exactly what we wanted. Turned up as expected. Did a great job and when the wind caught 1 window causing it to crack, Grant ensured it was replaced within 2 days. Have no complaints at all about Grant, completely professional job. Nice to see tradesmen that are proud of the work they do and the product they install. Good advice given regarding window and door choice. Had a slight problem a couple of weeks following completion but this was rectified very quickly.
I couldnt recommend Loyalty Windows and the team highly enough from the start of the process from the quote to the end product being fitted. Nothing was to much trouble. I for one had some difficult experiences and Grant and his team have re installed my confidence in there are some tradesman out there that go above and beyond in all aspects. The workmanship is excellent best I have seen, so good in fact that I am going to have them back to fit a further three windows. They were polite and very friendly took all the waste and old windows away and left the areas very clean. Would happily recommend them to any future customers.

The two chaps arrived promptly and started work immediately, They worked efficiently and tidily. They were very polite and pleasant to have round the house. They explained what they were doing and in what order so we could prepare as we went along. The products they used seem to be of very good quality and match some existing replacement windows.

Our old conservatory roof started to leak on the inside, and we asked Grant of Loyalty windows - who we have had in the past - if he could replace the roof. As on the past two jobs he did on our home Grant was courteous/polite, tidy, on time and honest about the product he was going to install. Grant gave the options available for the roof as well as their advantages and disadvantages and there was never a time we felt pressurised into buying windows/doors/roofs from Loyalty Windows. This is the second time we have used Grant from Loyalty Windows for home refurbishments. Having spent 47 years in construction I can honestly say that Loyalty Windows are a first rate company. From the moment of booking an appointment for a quote thought to completion, the work was carried out in a very professional and polite manor. Grant the installer was polite, very carful to protect our property. It is clear that he is very qualified by the way he goes about the work and also the quality of the finished product. I would have no reservation I recommending his company to friends or any one considering using them.

He could easily have sold us far more than was required at this point. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out. This family business work cleanly, efficiently, always in a courteous manner and with a smile. The decades of experience was obvious from the start. Grant identified and matched the door profiles to existing windows at the quotation stage. Good communication whilst products being manufactured and happy to answer any questions. Arrived promptly on the agreed installation date. Grant and son Josh worked diligently and professionally throughout. The old doors were removed carefully and sympathetically causing minimal disturbance to the surrounds. Work areas were kept clean and tidy as they progressed, all old doors and rubbish were removed from site. A great job well done!

A large advertising campaign does not always supply the quality & workmanship of a product. The knowledge and advice from Grant has provided a "Rolls Royce" finish for our front and patio doors. I have just had 13 aluminium windows and a door replaced with Rehau Upvc units by Loyalty Windows Ltd. The standard of work has been superb and Grant and his son Josh protected our floors and furniture with sheets and cleaned up fully at the end of each day. They were extremely courteous, explained each step as the work progressed and demonstrated all the locks and window vents etc. At each stage. Grant and his assistance worked efficiently to fit our windows, they were polite and cleaned up after the job was finished. We are replacing windows in an old property and Grant's experience and knowledge was invaluable. The windows are fairly priced, a very high standard and look amazing. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their work and service. A first class job.
The survey of windows and doors to be replaced was undertaken by the owner of the company and a quotation received and install date agreed. The fitting team arrived on the agreed date and time. Sequence in which windows would be replaced was agreed with the fitters. Access through our premises and the work area was protected and maintained throughout the installation. On completion of each room the area was left clean and tidy. Existing window frames and glazing was cleared from our premises daily. Removal and installation of replacements was completed without incident or damage.
Very happy with everything Grant has done so far, so he's coming back again next week to replace some more windows!

We are very happy with our new windows and front door, loyalty windows we're very professional and extremely helpful from the initial contact. We were given good clear advise on items we requested and were not pressured in any way. We were kept up to date with availability of our requirements and fitting was completed earlier than advised when ordered. Grant and Josh were both very polite and completed the instillation in a timely fashion. They placed dust sheets down on all surfaces inside of the building and regularly hoovered up any dust , also removed footwear every time on entering.

They were there around 3 hours or so to replace a damaged window pane and to remove our old front door and install a new composite. Both look great, especially the front door. My old, drafty, windows leaked rainwater. Grant carefully assessed my windows problem, explaining replacements remedy, with helpful suggested changes, which I acknowledged. We were given good clear advise on items we requested and were not pressured in any way. We were kept up to date with availability of our requirements and fitting was completed earlier than advised when ordered. They placed dust sheets down on all surfaces inside of the building and regularly hoovered up any dust , also removed footwear every time on entering.

A great thank you to Loyalty Windows, Grant and his team, for the wonderful work they have done on building our new conservatory. They have been very helpful with the design and quality work, nice genuine people if you won't a good job done I would recommend Grant every time. I would recommend putting a wood burner in which looks very stylish and Grant helped us with the design, its a good way to keep warm in the winter. Now we have completed the inside and furnished it out we use it all the time.

The survey of windows and doors to be replaced was undertaken by the owner of the company and a quotation received and install date agreed. The fitting team arrived on the agreed date and time. Sequence in which windows would be replaced was agreed with the fitters. Access through our premises and the work area was protected and maintained throughout the installation. On completion of each room the area was left clean and tidy. Existing window frames and glazing was cleared from our premises daily. Removal and installation of replacements was completed without incident or damage.

The workmanship is excellent best I have seen, so good in fact that I am going to have them back to fit a further three windows. They were polite and very friendly took all the waste and old windows away and left the areas very clean. Would happily recommend them to any future customers.

A great thank you to Loyalty Windows, Grant and his team, for the wonderful work they have done on building our new conservatory. They have been very helpful with the design and quality work, nice genuine people if you won't a good job done I would recommend Grant every time. I would recommend putting a wood burner in which looks very stylish and Grant helped us with the design, its a good way to keep warm in the winter. Now we have completed the inside and furnished it out we use it all the time.

We are very happy with our new windows and front door, loyalty windows we're very professional and extremely helpful from the initial contact. We were given good clear advise on items we requested and were not pressured in any way. We were kept up to date with availability of our requirements and fitting was completed earlier than advised when ordered. Grant and Josh were both very polite and completed the instillation in a timely fashion. They placed dust sheets down on all surfaces inside of the building and regularly hoovered up any dust , also removed footwear every time on entering.

Grant listened, made helpful suggestions and took the time to address my concerns about the pitch of the roof. They were there around 3 hours or so to replace a damaged window pane and to remove our old front door and install a new composite. Both look great, especially the front door. We had several quotes but Loyalty Windows came in the best. The windows were top not PCR quality from Germany. We had to wait a couple of months from ordering the windows but it was well worth it. Grant mentioned beforehand it would take that amount of time to deliver so we knew what to expect. The quote was bang on with no surprises. We highly recommend ??????

Grant and his son Josh were superb. They were very tidy and used covers on the floor and furniture and cleaned up at the end of each day. They kept me informed at all stages of the job and demonstrated the operation of the locks and window vents etc. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the new windows and door and especially with the quality of the installation. My old, drafty, windows leaked rainwater. Grant carefully assessed my windows problem, explaining replacements remedy, with helpful suggested changes, which I acknowledged.
